Stanford RNA 3D Folding competition, helped uncover how RNA molecules fold and function at the molecular level by developing machine learning models that predict the 3D structure of RNA molecules using only their sequences.
The goal of the competition was to develop machine learning models that predict key polymer properties, including glass transition temperature, density, thermal conductivity, fractional free volume, and radius of gyration, directly from molecular structures to accelerate polymer discovery and materials research.

A parameter-efficient cross-modal SAR-to-Optical retrieval architecture achieving Global #2 on BEN-14K (70.41% F1) by integrating Rank-64 LoRA adapters into a frozen Copernicus-FM backbone, cutting trainable parameters by ~56% (118M to 51.2M) while replacing EMA teacher-student pipelines with EMA-free SIGReg regularization. Delivers sub-millisecond retrieval latency (0.013 ms/query) via a decoupled dual-head architecture with a production-grade FAISS IVFFlat index, implementing future work of SOTA CR-JEPA on resource-constrained Kaggle T4 GPUs.
